Beginning in 2009

In 2009, we procured a kiln and a crash
course in glass fusing from a very talented
veteran glass fuser, Roy Lammer.  Roy was
paring down his workshop and graciously
took us in and shared his time and
expertise with us.  Our first fused project
under Roy's supervision was the Boy Scout
emblem plate which was a retirement gift
for our local Boy Scout Leader.  It featured
the troop 61 colors of silver and blue, and
thanks to Roy's expert help, it was a huge
success.







Red Dragon was technically our first fused
panel accomplished in our 8" x 8" baby
kiln.  I learned a lot of what not to do's
with this panel, but it was great fun, and
will always remain a special piece for us.
